A LABORATORY FOR COLLECTIVE EXPERIMENTATION<\/b><\/h2>\n

We are both <\/span>a medium<\/b> (= we create contents) and <\/span>a media<\/b> (= a broadcasting hub) ; which means that together – creatives, searchers, activists…-, we propose formats <\/span>to tell and build, in new ways, the world <\/b>we (used to \/ want to) live in: <\/span>inclusive, sustainable and unabashed<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A TRANSMEDIA PLATFORM<\/b><\/h2>\n

We propose <\/span>online contents <\/b>(articles, mixtapes, videos), organize <\/span>events<\/b> (festive, of art and\/or academic) and develop <\/span>products <\/b>(fashion\/design, publishing + a software)… following our own pace: <\/span>slowly but surely<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

AN AFROFUTURISTIC PROSPECTIVE<\/b><\/h2>\n

Our statement is that africanity passes through all – epochs, nationalities and interests<\/b>. And we want to show that taking interest in these issues is no longer a simple humanistic duty, but a sustainable commitment, whether one is <\/span>Afro-descendant or not<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A MULTIFACETED COLLECTIVE<\/b><\/h2>\n

The project was <\/span>launched mid-2015 by Mawena<\/b>. Today, the team consists of <\/span>a dozen people, all volunteers<\/b>. Though we keep exchanging and collaborating with more than <\/span>50 people worldwide<\/b>!<\/span><\/p>\n
